week 4 in Zaragoza

Katherine Wilkinson, a friend of mine came to stay with me for one week. We did a prayer walk all around the Colonia Jarden(Colonial Garden) community twice and interceded for the people. Katherine felt a heavy burden of hopelessness. The following day she developed a migraine headache which she has not had in 3/4 years, you think the enemy didn't like that we did a prayer walk. Allot of the neighbors have been coming over. We went to dinner with Sylvia and her boyfriend, her brother Guillermo, cousin Wilber, neighbors children Gabriel and Manuel for papusa's. They are the native food and are great. Made with corn and stuffed with a veggie(ajoti) and cheese, beans and cheese, or pork, some places serve with chicken. They are soft and very good. I bought home made pan frances (french bread), queso (cheese) and lots of other things from the ladies selling up and down the side walks. I bought emphnadias for Katherine---they are bananas with milk and fried and rolled in sugar----served hot, excellente! I drove to Mister Donut one mornings and Subway one afternoon, which is a big step, due to the crazy drivers. Katherine and I had some great worship times and prayer times. She took lots of pictures also which I will share with you. We were able to spend one whole day at the beach at a hotel, we laid by the beach, we laid by the pool, we had lunch, we had frozen drinks and we had a shower before we left. It was such a great day God gave us. It was such a blessings to have my friend come down. She got to help in the school and saw the opening of the daycare that Monday before she left. Her flight was scheduled to leave on Sunday but got cancelled and she got to see the children in the daycare.
